‍Refunds & Returns Policy

You may return non-exempted products within 14 days of your purchase date, after which we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Eligible returns must be unused, and in the same condition you received them.

• Sananga

• Hapé

• Kambo Sticks

• Dragons Blood

• Altar Cloths

• Cacao (Food product)

• Shipping Costs

• Shipping Insurance

‍Refund processing

‍Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. 

‍Late or missing refunds

‍If you haven’t received your refund after 3-5 working days of issue, first recheck with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time to appear on your statement.

‍Shipping Returns

‍To return your order, please repackage it and send it to: Ritua, 3 Efik House, 81 Walton Road, Liverpool, L4 4AF.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for covering the shipping costs of your returning item(s). Please consider purchasing additional shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
